MAXIMUM TITLE was established in 1986 under the direction of Wanda DeBord. The company’s affiliation with RE/MAX 100 enabled quick growth and soon MAXIMUM opened 7 offices in Maryland and Northern Virginia, including Camp Springs, Dunkirk, Frederick, Springfield, and Waldorf.
 
In September of 2003, RE/MAX International acquired MAXIMUM, at which time Columbia joined the family of offices.  The Lorton office subsequently opened and when the RE/MAX 100 office moved, the Waldorf office relocated to White Plains.
 
As Ms. DeBord became MAXIMUM’s Lead Underwriting Specialist and Chief Title Officer in July 2007, Andrea Bertrand joined to lead the Team as President.
 
Today, we continue to operate in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania with plans to grow soon.
